Golden Suites Italy is a booking portal that brings together verified properties and connects the owners of the properties directly with guests, without the commissions of the big platforms. Every property on the portal is verified, reliable and compliant with the Golden Suites Italy quality standards.
On the portal you'll find two types of property.
The properties under the Golden Suites brand are managed and let directly by us. For these properties, booking, payment collection and invoicing are handled directly by GS Holding AI Group Srl unipersonale (VAT 02814060220): the invoice is issued in our name and payment is made to us.
The properties marked as “Partner” are owned by third parties — private individuals or companies — who manage and let them independently. For these properties the invoice is issued directly by the partner, in their own name and with their own VAT number; the accommodation contract is concluded between the guest and the partner, who handles payment collection and the related legal obligations.
For partner properties too, quality is guaranteed by us: every partner is selected, verified and certified by Golden Suites Italy, which guarantees their reliability and compliance with its standards.
Partner properties — the Golden Suites Selection line — are clearly marked with the “Selected Partner” badge on the listing card and on each property's page. In all cases, the applicable price, payment and invoicing terms are those of the party indicated as the property's manager.
