Tiglio 1
Built in the traditional Tuscan style and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the estate was home to a monastery in the XVIII century.
The story
The owners discovered it in 2002: despite years of abandonment and overgrown vegetation, they were captivated from the very first moment. It was already a place of enchantment, one that breathed serenity. The restoration work carried out in the years that followed revealed its soul, honouring and enhancing its most distinctive character.
The restoration
The property has been restored to the highest modern standards, preserving the most distinctive features of traditional Tuscan rural architecture: the ancient ceiling beams and original terracotta tiles. Seven apartments crafted with attention to every detail, each with its own personality, for an authentic stay among the vineyards of Montepulciano.
